Sweet vs. Tart Analysis

PAMA’s proprietary blend of all-natural pomegranate juice combined with vodka and a touch of tequila results in a delicately balanced sweet-tart flavor that holds its own when combined with any base spirit. An extremely versatile cocktail ingredient, PAMA mixes with whiskey, rum and brandy equally well as it mixes with vodka, gin and tequila.

* Comparative testing was performed on the product types listed to determine their differences with respect to sugar and acidic content (sweet v. tart). Measurements taken were compared against each of the product types tested and adjusted to fit a 0-100 scale. The level of sweetness in each product was determined based on a brix reading. The level of tartness in each product was determined based on a titration for acidity.
